Yellow Fever

Traditionally, forsythia bushes, otherwise known as "golden bells" are known for ushering in spring.  Their vibrant yellow blossoms give us hope that winter is finally over and warmer days are around the corner.  When we first moved into our home, I planted a forsythia bush outside my kitchen window.  This year, it bloomed later than usual but once I spotted my yellow companions, I knew it was time to retire my trusty black cashmere turtleneck and embrace this season's most vivid hue.  Here are a few of my favorites.
